We love ice cream, so some other versions of this cold dessert are rarely found on my blog. But with mulberry, I decided to make the option easier. He lacks the smoothness and tenderness that cream provides, but it turned out very nice. This is the light version.
Ingredients:
Mulberry - half liter pot
Banana - 1 PC.
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Yogurt Greek 8-10% - 500 ml
Cooking method:
Shake the mulberry with a blender together with sugar. Add the banana, whisk again.
Wipe the banana with mulberry through a sieve.
Mix the fruit sauce with yogurt. Pour into a mold and send to the freezer.
After 40 minutes get ice cream and once again beat it with a blender. Pour into molds and send to the freezer.
After 2-3 hours get molds. Dip them in warm water and take out their ice cream.
Details:
The banana should be well ripe.
