Bagels with date paste

Source : pic

This is not bagels, and the tenderness is solid - melting, flawless. They are ideal with date paste but will be no less tasty with any thick jam. So a very affordable recipe, which I found in this interesting blog.

Ingredients:

Sour Cream - 200 ml
Butter - 200 g
Flour - 350 g + per dust
Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon with a slide
Salt
Sugar - 2 tbsp. Spoons
Date paste (or jam) - 100-150 g
Sugar powder - 3 tbsp. Spoons

Cooking method:

Melt the butter in a saucepan or in a microwave, add sugar and salt.

Combine with sour cream, pour in flour and baking powder, knead the soft dough. Turn in the film and send for an hour in the refrigerator.

The finished dough is divided into 3 parts.

Each part rolls in a circle and cuts it into 6-8 corners. Each corner should be greased with date paste and rolled into a bagel.

Put the bagels on a sheet of parchment paper and send to the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.

The baking temperature is 180 degrees.

Finished bagels put in a dish and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Details:

If problems with the oven, you can cook this chicken and on the stove. Fry should be 2-2.5 minutes on each side on medium heat and before serving let me lie down for about five minutes on a plate.
