Curd cake / dessert without baking

The recipe is beautiful because it turns out a cake without baking, almost a cheesecake (well, no, not a cheesecake, of course, but it's delicious). But it does not use cookies or butter, but taste - very much!
Yesterday I prepared the first time, today I repeat the double portion.
My husband approved. He says: you now write a recipe, or I can not understand what it's so delicious from.

90 grams of oatmeal (or similar) flakes should be ground with a blender or coffee grinder into flour
100 grams of apple (this is about 1.5 apples) with a greater or again with a blender in puree
110 grams of bananas (about 1 large banana) to mash with a fork or blender (I banana bananas right along with apples - so mashed potatoes are more homogeneous, which is what we need)
50 grams of dates (this is approximately 7-8 dates) (can be replaced with prunes or other "sticky" dried fruits) - cut small-finely, or blender (but not in porridge, but in order to have small pieces, I do on minimal Blender speed by briefly pressing the button).

Mix all. It turns out a sticky viscous mass of consistency approximately like porridge. If you taste it, there are grains of oatmeal. But overnight they become wet and become almost imperceptible. The taste of the layer is mixed.
250 grams of a cottage cheese gentle (without kernels, such homogeneous consistency). You can replace mascarpone, fermenting-free, ricotta. You can take a cottage cheese with a fruit flavor or curd mass.
125 grams of yogurt. Yogurt with the fruit taste.
Honey to taste. It depends on whether you took sweet cottage cheese and yogurt. I took unsweetened and added about 20 grams of maple syrup. Yes, honey can be replaced with maple syrup or simply sugar.
75 grams of peeled pears (this is about half a pint) cut into thin, thin small plastics.

Mix all. I dropped a droplet of dye into the card to see that the mass was evenly mixed. And more fun so

Lay the foundation in either one mold or molds. Bar tiki is good, so that they are straight, not inclined. I paved the containers with food film for the purpose of removing this "cake" from the container.
But in principle, it can be eaten not as a piece of cake, but as a dessert, taking it out with a spoon from a container or bowls.

If you make a standard shape with a detachable side, a large cake, then one serving is not enough, it would be necessary to double.

On the base lay the cream.
The first time I made a cream without pears, and then I reported the pears to each container separately. This makes no sense. It is better to mix pears at once with cottage cheese with yogurt.

The photo shows that if the sides are almost straight, then the thickness of the layers will be approximately the same. If the bowls with flared up bows - the layer of "dough" will be thicker than the cream layer.

Put in the refrigerator at least for the night. Enjoy!

Well, and as always, the design of my limping slightly)
