Steaks of the peoples of the world: choose the most delicious



A set of spices for a steak can be completely limited to salt and pepper, but sometimes one such culinary minimalism for a steak is not enough. Here, marinades and seasonings will be useful, allowing to "reveal" meat, making the texture more tender, and the taste is brighter and richer. On the example of marinades around the world, chef Frank Deloach decided to demonstrate how, with a minimal set of spices, you can improve the taste palette of an inexpensive steak or add a new flavor to the favorite premium cut.

Regardless of the cut and the selected seasonings, the cooking steps will always be the same: if necessary, the ingredients should be ground, then combine them together, cover them with a steak and leave in the refrigerator for a maximum of two hours. Before cooking steaks should be allowed to lie down at room temperature, after which they can be fried in a cast-iron frying pan to the desired degree of roasting.
